Happy Halloween?

Traditionally the scariest night of the year, Halloween is fast approaching and will be with us in little over five weeks, and this years apart from the supernatural terrors that emerge to frighten the populace, as well as the dread of the trick-or-treaters knocking on the door, there is another spectre haunting the horizon this year, the long awaited/dreaded (delete as appropriate) exit from the European Union!

Wherever you stand on the political spectrum, the question on everyone’s lips is whether the outcome will affect our wealth, prosperity and of course house prices in the short to medium term
