H S Who?

With Brexit still dominating the headlines and looking likely to do so for some time yet, it would be easy to overlook another story that has been in the press recently concerning the future of the HS2 high speed rail program. There is debate about whether to continue despite the projected overspend running into billions and arguments about whether it will deliver any real benefits once it is in place.

Whilst the outcome is unlikely to have a direct impact on us locally , and on our house prices, it does underline one of the things that make our area so desirable to buyers, namely how good our ‘connectivity’ is , in terms of our transport links and access to other parts of the country, and other parts of the world!
