Great start to the year for SJ Smith

It’s already over half way through January and WOW what a start to the year we have had! Here’s a run thorough of what the teams have been doing…

With 12 new properties listed already in 2019 with our Ashford office, and more valuations booked – we’re off to a flying start.

Not forgetting to mention the four houses sold in Ashford the first week of 2019, it’s an OPTIMISTIC start to trading this year.

Our Staines branch sold a property in Richmond Road at an open day with five potential buyers bidding above asking price, the sellers then accepted the best offer and were able to secure their dream home located on Cherry Orchard, also through ourselves – a property which had been marketed unsuccessfully by an online agent!

And with a couple of open days too, they’ve been a busy bunch.

Our lettings team have been working hard with a property in Staines Road West, Sunbury let with a five-day turnaround from offer to move in!And a move-in date set and referencing commenced for a property in Brightside Avenue Annex in Staines-upon-Thames too.

Don’t worry, we are not leaving out our mortgage team! We have a first-time buyer 10% deposit, with a 2-year fixed rate of 1.79% deal available, subject to T&C’s.

It is most definitely all GO.
